queen victoria market, melbourne

I went here because Anthony Bourdain told me to.  I also ate a bratwurst for breakfast for the same reason.  No, I do not have an original thought in my head.  Queen Vic Market is multi-building and huge, and full of lamb and tea.  Here it is in pictures.

  1. Matt "Yarra Valley Wine" Clark says:

I’ve just stumbled across your blog and find it incredibly informative in relation to eateries. I’ve always lived in Melbourne, and even through all my years I’m still amazed about the amount of different restaraunts I hear about.

You should also look into some of the really good wine regions when in Australia next. The Yarra Valley isn’t that far from Melbourne and has so many great varieties to choose from, the mind boggles. I love the photo of all the cheeses available and I bet I could find a good chardonnay to go down with those.
